If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I forgot our servers name but she was so informative on the menu and the insane amount of gluten free options made me feel so included! It was so hard to choose so we ordered quite a bit and everything was SO delicious! They’re cautious of allergies and it’s all so reasonably priced!

We came here tonight to celebrate my mom’s surprise birthday dinner! The atmosphere was wonderful & so was the food. We had Anna as our waitress & she was amazing. Will be asking for her by name on our future eats. She definitely made the experience! We also got to be the first people to experience their happy birthday song.. it was great, very funny! 10/10 would recommend & will be back! Thanks for making such a great night!

So first and foremost....A TON OF GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! Basically the whole menu is or can be converted to GF. For all those folks out there like me, this is a Godsend. They have a ton of drink options, food was absolutely delicious and yes....even dessert. The decor is actually really cool with clouds covering the lights and changing color from day to night. Staff was wonderful and treated us great and it felt really nice in here. If I had more time on my hands and babysitters, the wife and I would come in for a weekend drink at night and will if we can get away for a bit. It's new and I HIGHLY suggest stopping in here. Loved it.

From start to finish, every detail exceeded my expectations. I started with a draft beer, and the pour was sheer perfection—crisp, clean, and exactly as it should be. I also couldn’t resist trying their house take on an Old Fashioned, aptly named the “Redemption Route.” It was a masterfully balanced cocktail, bursting with flavor and sophistication. For food, I began with their dry-rub wings, which were cooked to absolute perfection—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with bold, savory flavors. But the true star of the night was the lamb chops. Without a doubt, these were the best lamb chops I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, expertly seasoned, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious—every bite was a revelation. Flights of Fancy has mastered the art of pairing incredible food and drink with impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a restaurant that hits all the right notes, look no further. This is a must-visit spot!

Myself & my fella went here for date night. Super cute. Bar seating is a must to get all the insights of the restaurant from the owner Cody. I’m new enough to the town, such a foodie and already sick of eating in a lot of the local spots. I was very happy to see a new restaurant open locally. It more than delicious. Interesting menu concept which makes things more versatile & fun for sharing.

An amazing place- please take a second to read this! Wow, from the second, we walked in this place, the people were great. We were greeted by the owner, Cory and his fiance Kristen, and he explained the entire concept of this new restaurant! Cool concept! The menu is unique, a pick two type menu where you get an entree and a side, and all kinds of really good combinations. The drinks are also also unique, and the fact that you can get a flight, and all the flights are served on these wooden handle boards. They have flights of beer and wine, and all all kinds of really good specialty drinks too! All custom made! We decided to try a couple things off the menu, and we had the French Dip and buffalo ranch fries. Hands down the best French Dip I’ve ever had, it is on a bun, rather than a hoagie, and a jus sauce is unreal! We also had the spinach and artichoke dip, which we found out was a handmade recipe, that the owner decided that he wanted to have the best spinach and artichoke dip around. It is so smooth, tasty, and yes, probably the best around! Finally we had a salad the Beet salad, with steak, the steak was very tender the greens were fresh, and the honey vinaigrette was a very good dressing for that salad! Highly recommended. We would definitely recommend this place. The grand opening was just a few weeks ago, and it looks like all the kinks are worked out, and this is going to be a very successful restaurant! Our fantastic server Anna was so informative, clear and friendly. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we were satisfied. Food was delicious. I had The fig goat cheese spread (the hot honey ties it all together) and the garlic, rosemary fries. They were yummy on their own, and then Anna brought me some house made ranch, which made them even more tasty! My brother was happy with everything he ordered as well. My only constructive criticism, is the old, torn up booths. But if it's between the food quality and the booths, stick with the food. You're doing that right. Thank you!
